This scholarship was established in 2019 by Dave Kirk and Family of Council Grove to help support area youth and
continue to promote the Flint Hills, entrepreneurs, and Rural America. The business t3 Wireless, Inc.
(small “t” symbolizing faith-based principles and ground rules) was founded in the Flint Hills and built on
the foundation of providing quality broadband services all across the country to better serve rural
America. t3 is just another example of how almost any business can be developed and managed in
rural America with creative thought and communication.

Requirements
USD 417 graduating student going to any Kansas 2 or 4 yr. college.

Must have 3.0 GPA

Must submit a narrative explaining their thoughts on entrepreneurship and how they can support and impact the future. Must demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in creating or supporting new business.
